Scope and Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Abu Garcia website and all transactions conducted through it. By using this platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

You agree to use the Abu Garcia website lawfully and ethically. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Product Information and Order Process

Abu Garcia strives to provide accurate product details including pricing, descriptions, stock levels, and images for products such as Headwear, Shirts, and Fishing Reels and Rods. However, errors may occur. Your order is considered an offer to purchase and is subject to acceptance, which depends on product availability and confirmed pricing.

Abu Garcia reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to: pricing errors, insufficient stock, payment verification issues, or fraud prevention measures.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Following processing, estimated delivery takes 7-12 business days. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

After delivery, customers have 14 calendar days to request a return. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the returned item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting Abu Garcia. After this 24-hour window, your order may have begun processing and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Abu Garcia website, including text, graphics, trademarks, code, and overall design, is the exclusive property of Abu Garcia or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
